Am I just not...good enough?

I just have a small question. I know that you're out there, reading this blog, some of you quite often. So there's obviously something vaugely interesting about it (or maybe you read it to put yourself to sleep? I don't know).
Perhaps you're shy, perhaps you're antisocial (I mean, there's probably a reason why you spend your time reading about other people's lives on the internet...myself included, ahem) but do you realise that down the bottom of this post, is a little white link, and if you click on it you can leave me a message?
Just to let me know that you're alive in the world. Just to let me know you care. Just to let me know that Pete and my Mum aren't the only people in the world who care about my existence (kudos to them for it though).
Just so I have something to read that isn't my own incessant babble, unintelligible Swedish junk-mail, or the one english book I brought with me from home.
Leave a message. Go on. You know you want to.
PS. you only have to post once, it goes to my email before it goes on the comments page.

Hi Ellie,
ReplyDeleteOf course we have all kept up to date with the day according to Ellie, just have never thought to post a comment. It seems like you are having a great time and have settled in well. Your days seem so exciting i am sure you don't want to hear about my not so exciting week. Although i could tell you that i am doing a presentation about gay porn this week (sure to be the highlight), John Dao wants us all to come kareoke (but it might be a bit far for you) and we finally have a new boss (but she will not be coming until March). Thats about it, we all miss you lots. Work is never quiet as exciting without you there chasing away all the criminals.
p.s- The contents of your blog are often the topic of many conversations in the Miss Shop fitting room, so even when time is going so slow it feels like it has stopped we have usually got something to laugh about. (p.s- i am typing with one hand so sorry for any spelling mistakes)
notoriety at last. sigh. my life's goal, reached.
