Long-story short, I need to get a retainer. My very expensively aligned teeth have started to move towards their original positions, possibly because of stress-related jaw clenching, and I'd like to get a plate made to stop them from moving even more. I wish I lived in America so I could get one of these custom made retainers. But I don't, I live in Australia :(
